About Us

Owner Doris Sanocki heard the Lillians story from her husband, Chris, who saw Lillians featured on the Jason Davis special "On the Road". One look at the Lillians piece and she said, "I can do that!" And "ta-da"! Lillians of Chaska opened July 2008 during River City Days. Lillians of Chaska is located in the former "Butch's Bar and Grill" location for those familiar with the area. It is right next to Dunn Bros Coffee on the corner of 2nd and Chestnut Boulevard (Hwy 41). The historic brick building is reminiscent of the town's historic charm. You'll enjoy the old-fashioned tin ceiling, exposed brick and quintessential charm - fireplace and all! Stop into Lillians of Chaska to get your "handbag therapy"!

Doris is married to Chris, and has three children: Reed (16), Melissa (15), and Nathan (12); along with their Labrador retriever, Maggie, in Maple Grove. Doris enjoys fishing, sun, reading, crafts (when there's time), and watching her kids' events which include baseball, football, and volleyball. Stop in to Lillians of Chaska and say hello. Doris loves chatting with guests and at any point in time you may also find one of her employees working with her: Janet Wilhelmy, Cheryl Sanocki, or Dawn Groom.

About Chaska

Located in the beautiful Minnesota River Valley in the southwestern Twin Cities metro, Chaska is a city with culture, history, and opportunity. The Chaska area combines its history dating back to mound builders and the Dakotas, with the modern, growing technology and economy of the fast-paced city. Chaska is where "Big City Business" meets the "Quaint Cozy Community" of Minnesota. Beautiful parks, trails and an eclectic mix of retail shops make a visit to historic downtown Chaska a must. In 2007, Money magazine rated Chaska one of the Top 10 Best Places to live in the United States!
