Cindy Deuser pours charisma and a whole lot of the ‘no fear factor’ into her role as CEO of Lillians. Cindy is the one who engages in front line relationships, is a consummate deal-maker and the designated driver when it comes to the next ‘long distance’ run for their business. She is insanely driven, and it is no surprise that her strong entrepreneurial and creative mind-set labels her as the true ‘visionary’ of the company. “I can see it, and Sue can make it happen!”
Cindy has over 20 years of business experience in strategic staffing, human resource operations, organizational change management and business culture initiatives inside large corporate environments. Because of her unique persuasive skills and passion for people, Cindy has played a key role in helping the sister team break into new territory over the last two years. Her next endeavor is Franchise Sales. Cindy plans to pack just as much charisma and drive into that one as well.
Cindy’s plays a dual role, with just as much passion, as the founding Chairperson for Sara’s Dance Foundation. Today plans are in place to build a first-of-its-kind, five-star wellness center on a 20-acre campus. It will be equipped with the amenities women crave and will provide social healing and human connection outside their medical care. From a full service spa and salon, to restaurants, shopping, therapeutic pools, an equine center, walking paths, an extended fitness and education center, and overnight accommodations, this Wellness Center will give any woman fighting cancer a place for social healing.
Cindy lives in Plymouth with her wonderful and supportive husband, Dave. They have two grown sons: Adam, 28, and his wife, Abby, and Jake, 23. Cindy loves to run, loves outings with her family, loves anything to do with sun and water, and craves traveling.
