Dawn is known around Lillians as the Detail Diva and the Process Police! She thinks process, sleeps process, and talks process. Her operation efficiencies have set up the organization for greater growth potential and proven results. Dawn takes the high road to expand the business and replicate the success.
Dawn’s dual role outside of Lillians is working as a consultant for a large gourmet food company based in Minnesota. She is directly involved in generating sales, conducting presentations, servicing clients, training, and team building. Before becoming a consultant, Dawn was a freelance court reporter who specialized in medical, legal, and technical matters while maintaining quality, integrity, and confidentiality. With her unique eye for detail she has served as a Consultant Task Force member and was editor for the Minnesota Freelancer as well as a proofreader for other local publications in the Minneapolis area.
Dawn is also a committee member for Sara’s Dance Foundation. Her commitment to this mission is personal. Dawn has experience firsthand with numerous family members who have been touched by cancer – her mother, her father, her grandmother, her mother-in-law, three uncles, one aunt, and several cousins. She is riveted at seeing the door of this majestic Wellness Center open in the future.
Dawn resides in Andover, Minnesota with her husband, Terry, and her two children, Tyler and Jessica. Her loves include spending time with her family and friends, golfing, spending time at the lake, and photography.
