Sue Olmscheid, COO/CFO
Sue Olmscheid, co-owner of Lillians, is distinguished by two-word descriptions. She is black and white, deals with the nuts and bolts of the business, and works magic with dollars and cents as COO and acting CFO of Lillians. Sue acknowledges and recognizes her compulsion for crunching numbers and making the brand standards work in tandem to make a very successful recipe! Sue stepped out of her corporate role just two years ago after her unquenchable thirst to open multiple locations won her heart. Her long corporate commute has been replaced with adventures in franchise law and operating multiple units on a national level. The sister combination was the winning recipe from the start. The difference goes something like this…..Sue loves country living, looks for security and drives a Ford F150. Cindy loves the city life, has an insatiable entrepreneurial itch, and drives a sports car. The duo is a perfect match for a winning system!

Prior to establishing Lillians, Sue was employed for over 20 years in Human Resource Management in manufacturing, non –profit, human services, and sales organizations. It was her experience in the human service organization that formed her desire to serve those with disability and disease. Sue is an officer for Sara’s Dance Foundation, a non-profit whose mission is to build the first-of-its kind Wellness Center for women fighting cancer. Lillians Corporate is heavily involved to assist in this mission.

Sue lives in Buffalo with her wonderful husband Dave (chief box-cutter, snow-plower and light-bulb changer), and their three sons: Darrin, age 20; Jordan, age 18; and Collin, age 13. She is an officer of the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce and enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks, reading, and being in the great outdoors amongst all the lakes.
