Cindy Deuser
CEO/Visionary

Cindy has over 20 years of business experience in strategic staffing, human resource operations, organizational change management and business culture initiatives inside large corporate environments. Because of her unique persuasive skills and passion for people, Cindy has played a key role in helping the sister team break into new territory over the last two years. She is insanely driven, and it is no surprise that her strong entrepreneurial and creative mind-set labels her as the true 'visionary' of the company. "I can see it, and Sue can make it happen!"

Sue Olmscheid
COO/CFO

Sue is distinguished by two-word descriptions. She is black and white, deals with the nuts and bolts of the business, and works magic with dollars and cents as COO and acting CFO of Lillians. Prior to establishing Lillians, Sue was employed for over 20 years in Human Resource Management in manufacturing, non-profit, human services, and sales organizations. It was her experience in the human service organization that formed her desire to serve those with disability and disease. Her long corporate commute has now been replaced with adventures in franchise law and operating multiple units on a national level.

Jane Forro
Creative Director

Jane brings twenty-five plus years of advertising, marketing and design experience to Lillians. Her previous positions included art director for an advertising firm, marketing manager of a gourmet food manufacturer, creative director for a gift manufacturer, and most recently as president of Monarch Design Partners, Inc. Each month Jane brings to life a new "glam girl" featured in Lillians marketing collateral. Trendy and fun, these glam girls are an important part of the look and excitement of Lillians. Her goal is to keep this look fresh, lively and hip!

Dawn Boe
Project Manager

Dawn is known around Lillians as the Detail Diva and the Process Police! She thinks process, sleeps process, and talks process. Her operation efficiencies have set up the organization for greater growth potential and proven results. Dawn takes the high road to expand the business and replicate the success. Dawn's dual role outside of Lillians is working as a consultant for a large gourmet food company based in Minnesota. She is directly involved in generating sales, conducting presentations, servicing clients, training, and team building.

Susan Bunnell
Director of Guest Relations

Susie is the epitome of high-touch service. With her background in commercial and private banking, she has always enjoyed the one-on-one contact with clients, and has given customers the personal touch that they expected and deserved. Going the extra mile is Susie's motto, and it has evolved into many happy client relationships and rewarding experiences. In the fall of 2003 after the death of Susie's father, she made the decision to leave banking and focus solely on her family. She is now turning yet another page in her career as the Director of Guest Relations with Lillians.

Denise Stinson
COO, Moon Goon
Corporate Training Director, Lillians

Denise feels that finding your 'niche' in life is an unexpected gift. Risk taking can be scary and exhilarating, all at the same time, but if you don't swing the bat, you will never hit the homerun. With a degree in Education, Denise has managed to keep her career focused on teaching and learning and having fun doing both. She has always been passionate about what she does; whether it was teaching young people in the classroom, or training adults while working for years with FedEx and later, a large hospital, or most importantly, being Katie and Leah's mom, she has loved the journey!
